Hydrotherapy Sessions
At the beginning of each calendar year we consult with our members to see what activities they want us to arrange that year.
This year we were fortunate to receive funding to be able to test out a new session for our members at the Sandgate Hydrotherapy Pool in Kendal.
We meet in a small group from 12 until 1, with professional support.
